Vice President Legal and Intellectual Property

Steve is responsible for all aspects of Icera’s legal affairs, including the development and implementation of the company’s intellectual property strategy on a worldwide basis.

Prior to joining Icera, Steve Chandler was VP Legal & IP and General Counsel at CDT (Cambridge Display Technology). During his three and a half years at CDT, he implemented a successful worldwide IP protection strategy, led the company through a successful NASDAQ IPO and negotiated many complex international partnership and licensing agreements. Prior to this, Steve was a partner and Head of Technology and Media at UK law firm, Pinsent Curtis Biddle. Steve joined Pinsent Curtis as an Associate in 1980, having gained an MA degree in Law from Cambridge University.
